About Us

As a California-based owner and operator of healthcare facilities, our mission extends far beyond providing medical and behavioral care—we are committed to restoring dignity, fostering connection, and delivering excellence at every stage of post-acute and long-term care.
Here at Spyglass, our team is made up of people who have walked the halls of facilities or clinics, sat beside families during hard conversations, led turnarounds with care, and built programs that say yes to the people too often told no. Each member brings a unique strength to the table—but all are united by a shared mission: to ensure every resident receives care rooted in dignity, respect, and excellence.

Therapeutic Approaches
Our staff are trained to lead programming through a trauma-informed approach with evidence-based strategies such as Motivational Interviewing, DBT, CBT, and Sensory Integration.
Co-Occurring Recovery Program
Our Co-Occurring Program provides an integrated treatment for individuals experiencing both Mental Health and Substance Use disorders. By addressing both conditions simultaneously, we offer personal care that supports long-term recovery and overall well-being.
Community Reintegration
Our Community Reintegration program supports individuals rebuilding their lives and reconnecting with their communities.
