Working at Spyglass has been one of the most rewarding chapters of my career. As Chief Nursing Officer, I’ve had the opportunity to lead alongside a team that is deeply committed to clinical excellence and compassionate care. What stands out most is the culture; collaborative, forward-thinking, and genuinely supportive.

Every day, I see the impact we make in the lives of our residents and their families, and I’m proud to be part of an organization that values both innovation and heart. Spyglass empowers its leaders and staff to grow, contribute meaningfully, and always strive for better outcomes.

Jenna McLaughlin, BSN, RN, RAC-CT, IP, SWOC

Chief Nursing Officer

As an Assistant Director of Nursing at Spyglass, I am proud to be part of a team that works hard to give every individual the opportunity for growth and healing. Many of our behavioral health residents arrive after long waits in emergency departments or jails, often turned away by other programs due to the complexity of their needs. At Spyglass, we customize care for each person, blending medical, psychiatric, and substance use treatment in a safe, compassionate environment. I’ve seen patients come to us in crisis and, with the right support, regain stability and hope for the future.
